Our office offers many samples of medications for patients that cannot get approved through insurance. As well, we offer one-on-one for patient assistance through drug companies.

What billing or insurance information will I receive?
You may receive a bill from our office for any services provided by Dr. Sawar. If you have any questions or concerns you may contact our office or our billing company.
How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?
Ever insurance company is different. If there are any questions about time allowed on your bill you can contact our billing company or your insurance directly.
Why am I getting bills from physicians?
Sometimes when we bill your insurance company you may have a deductible or out of pocket that still needs to be met. Until that amount is met you will be responsible for any balance due.
Once your deductible and out of pocket is met, most insurance companies will cover your bill 100%.
I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill - but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?
